This means that once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive access to download your files electronically. No physical items will ever be mailed or shipped to your address. Digital products have unique characteristics compared to traditional goods—once they are downloaded, they cannot be returned in the same way a physical item could. For this reason, digital purchases require a clear and specific refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

 

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our files are delivered instantly after purchase, refunds are generally not possible once a file has been downloaded or accessed. This ensures the integrity of our digital business model and protects the value of our work. However, if you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded any files, you may request a cancellation within seven (7) days of the purchase date. In this case, we will process a full refund back to your original method of payment. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and any available samples before completing a purchase to ensure the product meets your needs.

 

3. Defective or Technical Issues

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a problem such as receiving a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Our first step will always be to provide you with a corrected or replacement file at no additional cost. In rare cases where we are unable to resolve the issue—for example, if a file is permanently damaged or missing—you will be entitled to a full refund. We may request proof of the issue (such as a screenshot of an error message) to better understand the problem and to improve our products.

 

4. Ordering Errors and Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read product descriptions and verify that the item being purchased is what they intend to order. Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases, such as buying the same product multiple times or selecting the wrong file, unless the error is due to a technical fault on our side. Additionally, dissatisfaction based on personal preference (for example, if the design or style does not match your expectations) is not considered a valid reason for a refund if the product matches the description provided on the website. To avoid such issues, we encourage you to contact us with any questions before completing your order.

 

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe that your credit card, PayPal account, or other payment method has been used without your authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately. They will guide you through the process of disputing the charge and securing your account. While we are not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out without your permission, we are committed to cooperating fully with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor to help resolve the matter quickly and fairly. Our responsibility in such cases is limited to providing technical guidance, replacing a defective file if necessary, or issuing a refund in extreme cases as outlined above. We cannot be held liable for issues arising from outdated software, unsupported devices, or user-specific technical limitations.
